Tomatoes, grown year-round on 3 acres with drip irrigation, meet a pressing domestic need — supply in Accra and Kumasi currently lags demand by more than 30%. Peppers, on 2 acres, serve both local markets and export buyers. Cashews, our largest planting at 4 acres, are a long-horizon export crop that captures premium value Ghana has historically given away to foreign processors.
Together, the three crops balance quick-turn domestic revenue with long-term export growth — while making the most of every acre we farm.
